Benefits & Incentives

• Refer a friend. For each new driver that one of our current employees recruits to drive for our district, the recruiting employee will be paid $100, after the new driver has driven for 90 days. Recruiting employees can make up to $500.

• Base pay starts at $30.38/hour with steps based on experience for route and substitute driving.

• $100 per month Attendance Incentive for not missing any shifts or routes starting November 21, 2021.

• Trip and shuttle drivers make $15.45 per hour.

• Contracted Route Drivers--Optional Insurance and Retirement packages.

• We are looking for route drivers, substitutes, and trip drivers.
