7th Grade Girls and Boys Cross Country Sign up
Boys and girls entering 7th grade this fall who are interested in joining RMS Country Country.
Because of the mandated dead period until May 30th we are going to offer the following solution.
Boys and Girls can sign up for Cross Country without formal tryouts. They must get an updated physical before attending any summer or fall practices.

They must pick-up a packet from RMS that will have all important information for summer and fall. This will be available outside RMS in May. Will announce on Remind 101 and FB
They will be required to attend a small amount of summer practices.
This will allow them to be timed by a coach in 2 miles and also give them an idea if it is something they would like to be a part of.
It is easier for the counselors to take kids out of cross country later rather than to add later.
